Overview 概述

In this lesson, we will discuss transmission control protocol (TCP) and user datagram protocol (UDP), as well as their associated ports and protocols. We will specifically address the various email ports and protocols in use today, as well as discussing secure sockets layer/transport layer security (SSL/TLS) in the context of web security. Then, we will discuss file transfer protocol (FTP) and hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) and their use on the Internet today, as well as some older technologies such as Telnet and its more secure alternative, secure shell (SSH).
